Lead with the details renters use to decide whether to keep reading: location, bedrooms, parking, laundry, pet policy, utilities, move-in date, and viewing process.

Feature Words That Help
- Use concrete words: south-facing, ground-floor, covered parking, shared laundry, walkable to bus stop.
- Avoid filler: must see, amazing, won't last, luxury unless the listing proves it.
- Put restrictions plainly: no smoking, pet policy, occupancy limit, income/reference requirements.
