Lip filler shapes: goals I write before the chair
Shape talk gets vague fast. People say natural, soft, or dramatic without saying which part of the lip they mean. I started writing goals as locations: center height, outer corners, border, and how much pink shows at rest.
That list keeps me honest. If I only care about the cupid's bow, I say that. If I hate sharp edges in photos, I say that too. Vague adjectives invite guesswork.
My pre-visit card:
- One photo that looks like me on a normal day
- One photo of a shape I like, with the part I like circled
- One hard no (too much height, too crisp a border, etc.)
When I need help turning that into words, I reread how to set lip filler shape goals the night before.
